Fun Run Reimbursement Policy

Purpose:
This program promotes employee health, fitness, and well-being by encouraging participation in organized Fun Run activities.

Eligibility and Reimbursement Rules

  1. Qualified Employees:

    • All regular employees in good standing are eligible to participate.

    • Employee must not have used more than one (1) day of sick leave within the three (3) months prior to the registration date.

  2. Reimbursement Coverage:

    • The company will reimburse up to a maximum of ₱3,000 for one (1) Fun Run registration fee.

    • Reimbursement may be claimed once every three (3) months (quarterly interval).

    • Only official and verifiable Fun Run events are covered (must be open to the public and involve physical running activity).

  3. Submission Requirements:

    • Official receipt (OR) or proof of payment must be submitted to HR for verification.

    • Proof of attendance must be provided through a selfie photo taken before or after the event showing the employee at the venue.

    • Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 30 days after the event date.

  4. Terms and Conditions:

    • The company reserves the right to reject claims with incomplete or falsified documents.

    • Participation is voluntary, and the company assumes no liability for injuries or health issues incurred during the event.

    • Employees must ensure they are physically fit to join the Fun Run and should consult a medical professional if necessary.

    • HR may conduct random verification or require additional proof to confirm participation.

    • Reimbursement is subject to management approval and company budget availability.

This program is part of the company’s Employee Wellness Initiative and may be reviewed or updated periodically to ensure fairness, compliance, and sustainability.
