About this Project

The Pasir Ris 8 integrated mixed-use development features a blend of residential and commercial spaces. Located near Pasir Ris MRT and White Sands shopping mall, it offers convenience with access to various transport options, retail services, and recreational activities. For this project, our team contributed to sustainable urban development by designing systems for irrigation, water-sensitive urban design (WSUD), and rainwater harvesting. These systems aim to improve water management efficiency, enhance green spaces, and support sustainability in this modern urban setting.
